Our classes are suitable for both men and women of all levels and fitness. Whether you prefer the energy of a group class or the personalized attention of a private session, we have options to meet your needs. FLOW & STRETCH

This class is the perfect place to start for beginners. It is taught at a pace that allows you to find your flow whilst grasping the principles of Pilates. Working on strength, flexibility, coordination and balance whilst targeting the 'power house' muscles. The group class is perfect for your first reformer pilates class, or as a re-introduction.

PRECISION & FOCUS

This mixed level class allows you to practice what you already know and focus on getting your posture, alignment and flow just right. Challenging your strength and testing your co-ordination and focus a little further. Combining the mind and body principles of Pilates with a high paced, motivational method, you’ll feel longer, stronger and more aligned from the inside out. This group class will challenge you to maintain stability, balance and breath as you move energetically from one exercise to the next, while changing tempo and range of motion.

FULL BODY BURN

This class is for the confident reformer client. Dynamic, fun and fast paced, developed to improve strength and ease in everyday movement with our highly effective class.

GROUP SESSION TIMINGS

Our weekday classes begin as early as 6:00 am and run until 8:00 pm, while our weekend classes start at 8:00 am and end at 12:00 pm. We understand that everyone has unique scheduling needs, which is why we also offer private sessions that can be tailored to your individual preferences. Please contact us for more information about our private session timings.

Private Sessions offer a workout tailored to your personal needs and schedule with in-depth instruction, hands on assistance, and a detailed analysis of your movement potential. 

 

Private Sessions are a great way to quickly increase your body knowledge, to find your most efficient and effective coordination for improving muscle tone and flexibility, and to ultimately get the fastest results out of your exercise program. Private Sessions are also a recommended starting place if you are new to Pilates reformer repertoire.
